A digital marketing department
that works for you every day
The system brings in inquiries from new customers through Google, social media and your website, and measures which of those actually produced a real inquiry. Your budget is limited by a cap you set, and everything published in your business's name goes through your approval.
How it works, step by step
Every marketing action starts with a short brief and ends with a measured inquiry.
Choose what to promote: a service, a product or an entire website. Set a goal (inquiries, sales, reach or organic SEO) and a daily budget.
What people search for on Google, which questions and concerns customers raise again and again, and what competitors are publishing online.
Which channels to use, how to split the budget and what the core message is.
Google and Meta ads, keywords, social media posts and article ideas, ready to publish.
Filtering out promises, claims that can't be proven and made-up facts.
Nothing goes out until you click "Approve." You can ask for changes in your own words, and the system updates it.
With a tagged link that shows exactly where every inquiry came from.
The system remembers what you approved, what you rejected and what brought results, so the next brief is even more accurate.
Paid advertising: Google and Meta
Your money is protected by a hard daily cap that you set, and the system can't go over it.
Where we advertise
- Google: Search ads for people looking for exactly what you offer, right now. Includes negative keywords so you don't pay for irrelevant searches, plus a click-to-call button.
- Facebook and Instagram: Ads for a defined audience in your service area, with a clear message and a call to action.
How your budget is protected
- Daily cap: Every morning, the actual spend of all campaigns is checked, and if there is any overspend, the budget is lowered before anything else runs.
- Automatic stop: A campaign that has spent a preset amount without bringing results stops on its own, and you get notified.
- Safety rules: A new campaign is created switched off and is turned on only after its budget is set. The system never touches your account settings, your payment methods or campaigns it didn't create.
Organic SEO: no ad budget
Customers look for an answer to their question before they look for a provider. The system writes content that answers those questions and establishes you as the expert.
Google and LinkedIn
- Website articles: Professional articles in English on questions customers are really searching for, based on real Google searches.
- LinkedIn: First-person posts for your personal profile, with a professional insight. Once approved, the post goes live in one click. You can connect your company page too.
Other social networks
- Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp: A post for your business page, an Instagram caption and a Status message, ready to copy.
- Short videos: Ideas for what to film and what text to put on screen.
- Tracking: Every post gets a tagged link, so you can see which content brought in inquiries.
AI Agent on your website
The agent answers visitors even at night and on weekends, explains what your business offers, and sends you an organized inquiry.
What it does
- Explains your services, how you work and the next step, and asks short qualifying questions.
- When a visitor leaves their details, you get an email with their name, phone number and a summary of the conversation. Details are sent only when the visitor provided them on their own.
- Once a week, the conversations are reviewed, recurring questions are identified, and you get a short report.
What it doesn't do
- It doesn't make up prices, deals or commitments.
- It doesn't promise results or give individual professional advice. For questions like that, it refers the visitor to a conversation with you.
- It learns new answers only from what is on your website. Questions only you can answer are passed on to you.
Oversight, ethics and privacy
Responsibility for what's published in your business's name stays with you, and the system is built to make that easier. You can turn on full-approval mode, where nothing goes live until you've read and approved it.
Content
- An automatic check before every piece of copy: no guaranteed results, no made-up testimonials, no "the best," no competitor names and no artificial pressure.
- You can set your business's own rules: words you don't use, topics you don't touch and fixed wording.
Privacy and data
- Data is stored on the business's server and is never sold or shared with third parties.
- You log in only through a one-time link sent to your email, with no password that could be guessed.
- Phone numbers and emails are masked in the agent's chat logs, and reports don't include identifying details.
- Access to your ad accounts is granted through the platform's official authorization, and you can revoke it at any time.
Morning report: how many inquiries, from where, at what cost
Every morning, you get a short report with the numbers that matter.
| What you see | Where the data comes from |
|---|---|
| Inquiries and sales by source: Google, Meta, LinkedIn, the website agent | Tagged links and website forms |
| Spend vs. the daily cap, for each campaign | Google and Meta |
| Cost per inquiry | Spend divided by the number of inquiries |
| What people search on Google before reaching your site | Google Search Console |
| What the system did today, and why | Activity log |
| Questions visitors ask the agent | Weekly summary of conversations |
When something needs attention, like a stopped campaign or unusual spend, you get an alert on your phone. When everything is fine, you get no alerts.
